The Freegan Pony was the name of a Parisian squat which activity was to serve food reserved for destruction in an improvised restaurant on set. Unused products where sublimed by different volunteer chefs and hosted migrants as well some of its staff. It was also one of the highest place of Parisian nightlife, where it transformed itself during the weekends as the Péripate. A 20 min video is the product of this inquiry I've made during 6 months.
